When a VR employee is not able to bid -
- Try logging in the VR bid link for that employee using his credentials.
- Check if the employee is active in employee master.
- Check the current job assignment details in employee master. If the select pick is Open Job Bid, then the employee is no more a VR employee. It means he has a regular job now.

- Check if employee has any active absences.
- Check if employee has a vacation week for that week.
Check if employee has any cancel vacation entry done in crewing. If it was any recent entry, check the vacation details in pick – employee master.
Note: Pick team usually updates the changes made by OSAC in
pick after a week or 2. If the vacation details are not updated in the pick employee
master. Please inform the customer to contact pick team.
